Los 3 Amigos Ribbon Cutting

Today, Friday the 13th, 2012, was the Los 3 Amigos Ribbon Cutting in Provo. What a lucky day!Los 3 Amigos, Mexican Restaurant used to be located on the block south of the Provo tabernacle, but sold that property to the Church after the December 17th, 2010 fire of the tabernacle.
Faustino and Alejandro Gonzalez are the owners of Los 3 Amigos.
The new restaurant looks incredible!
It's a terrific place for families to gather for great south-of-the-border fare. Specialties include a smothered burrito with cheese, chimichangas, enchiladas, steak and chile rellenos, bowls of homemade green chile, fajitas, tamales and authentic menudo.
The shrimp fajita is AMAZING! I highly recommend it. All of the food is made with fresh ingredients and are original recipes.
Steve Densley, President of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce, was there to welcome Los 3 Amigos, as were many of the Chamber's Pace Setters.
Be sure to stop by Los 3 Amigos for a delicious meal!
Love, Hannah Harkness
