Interview Practice

Interviewing with the city council is so helpful in preparation for the pageant. All of the contestants came to the city center and were interviewed for 5 minutes each so they could get the feel for how the real pageant interview will go. Since the program places such a big emphasis on the interview portion of the competition, we do all we can to help the girls feel prepared. This was also very helpful for me as I am preparing for Miss Utah next month. The councilmembers are brilliant and informed and were so generous to lend their time for us.

Shelly Seastrand is my favorite neighbor in the world! She's been a huge help throughout the decade that my family has been a part of the Miss Orem program.

A huge thanks to the city council for being by my side this whole year. We've had a lot of good times!
