The Memorial Day service at the Orem cemetery was such an incredible reminder of how blessed we are as a Country. I am so thankful for the soldiers who have dedicated so much of their time to serve the Country we love! I loved meeting so many veterans and hearing the wise words of these wonderful men and women!

Mountain View Band came to play and my Bruin pride was beaming the whole time. |

Acapella Supershow time!
Fast forward a few hours and we get the first Scera Shell performance of the season! This wonderful concert featured 3 acapella groups, Home Free, BYU's Vocal point and Noteworthy. I, being an acapella nerd, enjoyed every single second of the night!!
Before the show we got to go to a delicious VIP dinner. I'm so excited to continue attending these before the Scera concerts. |
I love my teen :) |
I don't even think I can express just how much I love Vocal Point. They sang a bunch of my favorite songs and delivered a fantastic performance, as always! I definitely bought a Vocal Point t-shirt at the end of the night. |
Noteworthy is another acapella group from BYU who rocked the stage! Those girls can sing like no tomorrow. |
I had not even heard of Home Free until that night, but I'm glad I did! They are the winners of NBC's "The Sing Off" and performed an incredible show! |
Smolder. Clearly they are more experienced with it than me! |
It's not every day I get worshiped, we had to document the moment! |
This was a wonderful day filled with tears, laughs, and everything in between. Emily and I had such a memorable time at both of these events. I'm so grateful for her and the friendship we have.
Love, Maddi Millard
